What I Do
Panel Upgrades
Older 60 or 100 amp panels can't keep up with a modern house. I upgrade you to 200 amps so you can add an EV charger, a heat pump, central air, and whatever comes next without tripping breakers or running out of room.
EV Charger Installation
A Level 2 charger fills your car overnight instead of over a couple of days. I install home chargers, including Tesla Wall Connectors, on their own dedicated circuit, and I put the charger where you actually park, not wherever is easiest to wire.
Generator Installation
When the power goes out, a standby generator with an automatic transfer switch turns your house back on by itself, usually before you've found the flashlights. I size it to what you want to keep running, from just the essentials to the whole house.
Wiring & Rewiring
New circuits for a renovation, a whole-house rewire, or old knob-and-tube and cloth wiring pulled out and replaced with safe modern wiring. If your outlets are two-prong and the lights dim when the microwave runs, this is usually why.
Lighting
Recessed lights, fixtures, dimmers, under-cabinet lighting, and outdoor and landscape lighting. Hung straight, switched where it makes sense, and cleaned up after.
Repairs & Troubleshooting
Flickering lights, a dead outlet, a breaker that keeps tripping, a switch that quit. I track down the actual cause instead of guessing, fix it, and tell you what caused it so it doesn't come back.
