I run Rob's Electrical Service, right here in Norwood. I started this company because I wanted to run the kind of shop I'd want to hire myself. One you can actually reach, that shows up when it says it will, and that gives you the honest read on your wiring, even when the honest read is "you don't need me yet."
When you call, you get me. Not a call center, not a different tech every visit. I look at the job, I give you the price, and I do the work myself. If something needs a second look after I've gone, you call the same number and I answer.

How I run a job
On time. I give you a window and I keep it. If I'm ever running behind, you hear from me before you have to wonder where I am.
Straight answers. I'll tell you what your system needs and what it doesn't. If a repair can wait, I'll say so. I'd rather you trust me with the next ten jobs than oversell you on this one.
No surprise charges. You get the price before I start, and I hold to it. If I open a wall and find something we didn't expect, you hear about it and approve it before I touch it, never after.
Cleaned up when I leave. Every job is done to code and ready for inspection. When I'm finished, the only sign I was there is that the thing works.
LICENSED, INSURED, LOCAL
I'm a licensed and insured Massachusetts journeyman electrician, License #61413-B. That's not a formality. It means the work is pulled under permit, done to code, and safe to live with.
I'm based on Casey Street, so most of the homes I work on are a few minutes away. When you need me back, I'm not driving in from two towns over.
